FAQs about my 5 Day Sexy ‘n Strong Challenge

The challenge is set up to run Sunday (prep-day) through Saturday, so you’ll receive your first official challenge email on Sunday. But really, the challenge starts when you start and goes until you finish! It’s completely up to you – you decide what day is best for you to begin. And, of course, this is meant to be finished in a single week so please bear that in mind 😉 But you can always pause and come back or restart as needed.

You can complete this challenge in as little as 30 minutes a day! Workouts are between 12-20 minutes and most lessons are only around 10 minutes with a short 5 or so minute challenge to complete so you can save time and energy while still achieving your goals!

This challenge starts off with 2 workout days followed by a stretch day followed by two more workout days. Each day includes a lesson along with a little ‘homework’ to do to make sure you fully grasp and understand the information as well as implement your new knowledge into your lifestyle.

Yes! That’s one of the major advantages of this program – you can do it from anywhere! If you prefer a gym, you can go to the gym. If you prefer workout from your own home, you can do that as well! If you have upcoming travel plans, you can start now and continue the program from wherever your travel take you. This program can seriously be completed from anywhere in the world!

How does lifetime access sound? After joining, you have unlimited access for the life of this course – across any and all devices you own.

No! You don’t 😀 This program was created for anyone who wants a quick + effective exercise regimen – one that doesn’t require a gym or the need to purchase additional equipment. Do I think they’re useful? Absolutely! But this program will show you how simple + easy it can be to get strong and healthy from the comfort of your own home without anything fancy. (You can always add weights in the workouts if you want, but it’s certainly not required in this challenge:))

Yes! This program is meant for people who haven’t worked out in a long time AND people who have been working out for awhile and just need/want some guidance (or a completely at-home or done-anywhere program that suits their lifestyle)! While this particular challenge doesn’t involve weights (though you are still free to add them), the way the workouts are created makes it so that beginners and intermediates alike will be able to push themselves at their own pace and physical ability to achieve the goals they desire. If you have been doing HIIT workouts for a long time using weights, this may not be for you. I will, however, be creating more advanced programs in the future (:

Because this is an online challenge and I’m not guiding you in person, I’m unable to provide any direct support for personal injuries. Although I do recommend different regressions and alternative exercises based on activity levels, I cannot account for prior injuries. Please always contact your physician or PT before beginning any exercise program.
